Dear Friends and Supporters of STM,
On behalf of the Society for Thermal Medicine, it is my pleasure to invite you to join our 40th Annual Meeting to be held at the Convention Center in Savannah, GA. This year marks an exciting milestone as, for the first time, we are partnering with the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, Inc. (ASLMS) to deliver an even more dynamic program. Together, we will offer a broader range of educations sessions, collaborative discussions, and exceptional networking opportunities designed to inspire innovation and advance the filed.
KEY DATES
- Registration opens: Mid – November 2025
- Submission Deadline: January 31, 2026 (There will be no extensions to the deadline)
- Review Deadline: February 20, 2026
- Acceptance Notice Deadline: March 2, 2026
- STM 40th Annual Meeting - May 7-9, 2026

The Savannah Convention Center is across the Savannah River from four of the host hotels. Visit Savannah is generously providing free transportation to and from the Savannah Convention Center by Savannah Belle's Ferry and city trollies. Please allow extra time to plan your trip across the river, as the trip can take up to 45 minutes. These transportation options will continue into the evenings to enable attendees staying at the Westin Savannah Harbor opportunities to make their way across the river for dinner and sightseeing. Both ferries and trollies will run from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM; pick-up schedules will be announced at a later date.
